— group orders rules

• i expect all joiners to read the rules thoroughly before joining any of my gos. the rules are clear, accessible 24/7 and pretty easy, so don’t ask questions that can be answered just by reading this page.
• you need to be following me to join, so i can add you to the gc once it’s made
  • i will not be chasing after each joiner and check if they follow me or not, that’s your responsibility.
• backouts are not allowed, unless you find a replacement
  • if you don’t find one, you’re obliged to pay for your claims. otherwise, you will be kicked out of the go and blacklisted
  • i don’t do holds! you either join or not.
• pay on time or be prepared to pay a €0.50 fee for each day after the deadline
  • you’ll be given 7 days to pay after the first deadline has passed
  • there will be no fees if you ask for more time immediately
  • if you miss both deadlines without any notice, you will lose your claims without refund
• if there are 1-2 items missing in a batch, they will be raffled
  • i’m sharing my post multiple times in multiple different groups, but sometimes it’s beyond my power to have the entire batch filled.
  • raffles may get expensive sometimes, so if you can’t afford it at the moment, let me know and we’ll think of a solution together. however, if you thing you’re not ”obliged” to take part in them, do not join my gos or you will be kicked out.
• in all of my gos, my preclaim gc joiners will always have the claiming priority.
• i understand we’re all busy with our private lives and i’m not extremely demanding, but please, for the love of god, communicate with me if you have any issues. i don’t bite, i consider myself a nice and patient person, but i have my own limits too
• if you ignore me consistently, you will lose your claims + will be blocked and i’ll make a dwayor on you according to the situation

in all of my gos, my preclaim gc joiners have priority in claiming. therefore, if you join first and someone from my gc will join after you, you’ll be automatically moved to a second batch.

having said that, i do not practice “prio member claiming”. you don’t need to claim member x to be able to claim your bias, as it’s insanely unfair in my opinion.

— shipping rules

• i can hold your items up to one month after they arrive
  • my room is not a warehouse, it’s small with a very limited space, and i’d like you to respect that!
  • this doesn’t apply to people who wait for more things to arrive! however, if we know there will be a long waiting time for your items, i will urge you to ship what’s currently on hand.
• i will create a groupchat for each month, and ship in a few batches during that month
• you’ll be given a shipping form to fill and one week to do it
  • after that time, i’ll charge you a €0.50 fee for each day after the deadline
  • if you miss both deadlines without informing me or asking for more time, you will lose your claims with no refund!
• i am not responsible for lost or damaged mail after i send it out!
  • i am not a post office worker nor do i have the power to control what happens to the package at any point of its journey. don’t expect me to refund you if it gets lost or damaged, as we’re both at loss here.
• please let me know as soon as you receive your mail!
  • story proof would be the perfect feedback, but if you can’t do that, please send a picture of your mail with a thank you note visible. i sacrifice a lot of my time for you, and sending at least a confirmation message is the bare minimum here ^^
